Please join our community of concern for sane climate policies and actions. Elders can make a difference. We are trusted by our friends, families and colleagues. We have a strong sense of generational responsibility for climate action. Many of us have gained experience with ethical business, social justice, peace and environmental work through our adult lives. The Massachusetts chapter meets monthly to plan activities, share insights, and most importantly, to support each others’ commitment to activism. Recent chapter initiatives include advocacy for important state and federal legislation, member training in personal narrative and public speaking, organizing outreach events in communities across the Commonwealth, and helping organize demonstrations at the State House and other high visibility locations..
Elders Climate Action Massachusetts is an action-oriented organization. We help concerned citizens to be effective climate change activists, using our policy, organizing and advocacy skills to foment real change. And we need your help to be a powerful voice for climate action.
