ECA Mass is disappointed that the legislature was unable to pass a comprehensive climate bill by bridging the gaps between the House and the Senate versions in conference. It is critical that a robust bill be passed as soon as possible. ECA Mass proposed a set of immediate actions to move the climate bill forward and highlighted key elements of a climate bill.
